Student Satisfaction Survey Report

The form of the survey that has been conducted, namely form satisfaction survey of all activities carried out by Quality Assurance Board for quality implementation of operational activities at Universitas Negeri Surabaya can evaluated periodically. This survey was conducted online. In addition, this survey was conducted during the regular semester, either the first and second have ended in each academic year. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Questionnaires are used to collect data by providing written questions about consumer expectations and realities to be answered. The questionnaire instrument consists of 5 main aspects, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance , empathy, and tangible. Survey results  will be followed up with an evaluation meeting whose results will be used for further improvement of service activities in the following academic year.
